The location here is fantastic, a quick walk away from the University of Winnipeg and close to downtown, as well as a great restaurant and popular attractions like Winnipeg Art Gallery, Portage Place, and the Bay.

It was in a perfect and excellent location with a ship-shaped gallery nearby.

Exceptionally comfortable and pretty standard place to stay while in Winnipeg. Bright rooms with breakfast included and nice bar area. All in all marvellous and perfect location, near all downtown locations and downtown and events. Nice pool, parking nearby. The friendly check-in.

Convenient Location 📍

This place is situated close to the University, the Bay, a lovely restaurant, and the bell mts center. It's so easy to get around when you stay here.

I really enjoyed the breakfast with a wide array of reasonably priced food. The rooms were both modern, decent sized, complete with coffee or tea and a shower, for example.

The service. Our air conditioner was broken and within 20 mins they had the maintenance man fixing it, he ended up removing the whole unit and putting in a new one. Also a quiet hotel, could never hear any other guests. Restaurant had excellent food, only bummer was the pool was closed, i think they were re-vamping it. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great spot close to the university. Nice neighborhood right by downtown and the university, with a cool restaurant nearby. 🌟

The hotel was great, unfortunately the pool was not opened which was one of the key reasons that we choose this hotel but other then that everything was great.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean, we got plenty of towels, service was warm and friendly. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to go. Thank you!

The location was great and lovely, a 10-15 minute walk from MTS Centre Arena. The staff were wonderful.

Superb room - comfortable and spacious. Friendly, smiling and helpful staff. Good location. Good facilities. Restaurant menu offers good variety. Room service and Room Maids efficient and effective.

Not much to dislike. Refurbishment work was a little irritating as it involved the lifts being used to ferry equipment and so unavailable for guests, but this was a very occasional difficulty and overall the refurbishment work was managed well. As a European, I didnt understand about the availability of ice and would welcome that being explained as the reason for no fridge in the room.

My husband and I have always stayed at th Holiday Inn airport West but because we were in Winnipeg for a concert at the MTS Center we stay here this time and were very happy with our accommidations. We have already recommended the hotel to friends who are coming in February.

Conveniently located within walking distance from government buildings 🏛️. We also had a nice dinner at Taste of Mediterranean, just a short 10-15 minute stroll away from this place.

Well lets start with your elevators were not working,the ice machine on my floor was not working,my room was not cleaned daily during my stay the next time I come to winnipeg think I will stay else where!
